The restaurant, 'Le Mouton Blanc', offered delicious and balanced dishes, reflecting the local terroir. The hotel's location allowed for easy access to the city's attractions and historical sites, perfect for both business meetings and leisurely adventures. The air-conditioned rooms and the spa area, including an indoor pool and sauna, added a touch of luxury to my stay. The surrounding Vosges Mountains provided a scenic backdrop for my exploration, with hiking paths leading to the ruins of a medieval castle.
